An Asian inspired broth, a perfect blend of spicy & sweet, bursting with the flavours of lemongrass, ginger, cinnamon and star anise with mushrooms and home-made dumplings. So yummy!

Japanese inspired mushroom sashimi, so delicious! You can make this as a started as well as a nice appetizer.

Ingredients
soy sauce
pickled ginger
2 white medium button mushrooms - sliced
1 tsp wasabi
Method
Place wasabi, soy sauce & pickled ginger in separate bowls. Place mushrooms on a plate & serve with wasabi, soy & pickled ginger.
