A delicious and healthy breakfast with protein to start your day in a good way.

Ingredients
2 slices bread
1 avocado - sliced
goats cheese or feta - crumbled
alfalfa
8 Swiss/white mushrooms - sliced
butter
pinch of sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
Method
Heat 1 tsp of butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms and a pinch of sea salt and black pepper and fry until golden.
Meanwhile:
Toast your bread and spread with butter. Add the avocado, mushrooms, goats cheese on the toast and garnish with alfalfa.
